I had sweet tooth. i love to eat but most of the food i ate is either i baked or cooked it. I always love to received appreciation from my parents and my relatives. i feel overwhelm every time they appreciate the things that i've done. I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to the thing that i want to do especially when its all about foods. My family love to eat and dine, so, everything that i made they always says "wow, nice one lei."
I always wanted to make mini cakes, cupcakes, brownies or cookies. This one is the best of all the cakes i had done before. CHEESECAKE is my favorite one, and because i love mango. I've decide to make a Mango Cheesecake which is i really love. A bite size is so hard to make yet it so easy to eat. it takes me an hour just to make this one and only takes a few second to wipe it all, hahaha...:))
I always like to take a picture of me together with my works.I'm so proud to have so much passion in baking and cooking. If only i'm rich i'm going to fed every person who doesn't have any capabilities in buying all these foods.
I made this Mango Cheesecake, mother of those baby cheesecake for my Father's birthday.
I combined all the pictures of my Baby's. From mother to baby cheesecake.
The taste of these cake is like "Heaven" haha, just kidding but yeah this one was so good, from texture up to taste. A bit sour and sweet. though it was a bit expensive to make, i still able to baked it because i want it.
I followed recipe but i change and add some ingredients to make it more suitable on my taste.
For the recipe of this cake...
for the crust:
1 1/2 cookie crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
1/3 sugar
for the fillings:
16 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mango puree
1 tbsp vanilla
5 tbsp all purpose flour
2 eggs
preparation:
1. prepare the oven at 350 degree fahrenheit.
2. in a bowl mix together cookie crumb, butter and sugar then transfer it into springform pan 9 x 1 1/2. press the mixture as hard as you can.
3. in a separate bowl, by the use of electric mixer put cream cheese and sugar then mixed, follow sour cream, vanilla, flour and mango puree, mixed evenly. then mix the eggs one by one then mix thoroughly to make all the ingredients well mixed. then transferred the batter into prepared springform pan. then baked it 30 -40 minutes.
4. transfer it in a cooling rock, cover the top of the springform pan before putting it inside the fridge for 1 hour.
5. last, before serving, decorate it with some mango and whip cream. depends on you,on what you want to put on your masterpiece.
